Obesity is a chronic disease and in this disease the level of stored energy in the body that is in form of fat tissue is very high.

The reasons of childhood obesity are unhealthy diet, the bad eating habites and sedentary activities.

Yes it is. The statistics shows that the number of obesity of 7-15 years of age is increased in 1985-1995.

  • What is making worse the obesity problem?

The changes of our style life:1.The food are cheap.
2.Increases of uses of take away food.
3.Energy-dense foods and drinks are more readily available.
4.Portion amount in food has increased.
5.There is more food and drink with high energy-dense.
6.Traveling bye car has incresed.
7.The family income has increased.
8.Most of parents are employed.
